This site belongs to DS Superior Hardwood Flooring Inc. (“we”, “us”). It describes the work we do and lets you ask for an estimate. By using it you agree to these terms.

What the information means

Descriptions of materials, steps and timing are general. Timings marked “typical” are typical, not promises: the house, the wood and the weather decide. Nothing on this site is a price quote, an offer or a warranty.

Estimates and prices

The price, scope and schedule of a job are set in the estimate we give you after the walkthrough, and in the agreement you sign with us. Sending the estimate form does not book a job or commit you to anything.

Photos and colors

Photos on this site show hardwood floors and staircases like the ones we work on. Some are illustrations rather than our own jobs, and captions describe materials, not a particular address.

The stain studio and the color swatches are approximate: screens show color differently, and every species takes stain in its own way. The sample brushed on your own floor is what you decide on.

Our content

The text, photos, logo and design of this site belong to us or are used with permission. You are welcome to share links to it; please do not copy it for commercial use without asking.

Links to other sites

Links to other sites, such as our Facebook page, go to services we do not control. Their own terms and privacy policies apply there.

Availability

We try to keep the site accurate and working, but it is provided as it is, and it may change or be unavailable at times. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for losses that come from using it.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois.
